Use the same reporting period to connect visits, qualified inquiries, bookings and collected revenue. Each measurement keeps its source and definition.

Start with the offer. Grow the proof around it.

Whether you run a contracting company, build a startup or compete as an athlete, the work starts with what you want someone to buy or book.

  1. Choose one main offer. Give it the biggest apple and a clear next step.
  2. Show the work behind it. Connect useful stories, real people and customer results to the offer.
  3. Improve it every week. Publish the missing story, make the next useful introduction and check what brought in business.

The tree shows what your proof supports. The connections view shows who you know and who can introduce you. Both use the same people and stories.

How this Money Tree is built

GCT means Goals, Content, and Targeting. Each example translates those into a specific outcome, useful material, and audience. The short plan is an editorial summary of public work, not a private statement of financial targets.

Exactly one primary offer appears as the largest apple. It is the main offer selected for this example, not a claim that it already earns the most. Supporting offers have smaller apples. When reliable revenue is connected, compare offers within the same date range and attribution method before changing their ranking.

Leaf area follows source count. Portrait size follows selected linked content, with a readable minimum; the central person has a fixed size. Limb width preserves Dennis’s declared relationship priorities. Neither relationships nor content counts measure earnings. Colors distinguish topics and clusters.

Solid relationship lines use named public sources; dashed lines pass through an intermediary. The diagram’s story-to-offer paths are suggested editorial next steps unless an observed link is recorded in the branch sources. A mention is not automatically a friendship or endorsement. Each person and branch has a source outline above.

Track main-offer visits, qualified inquiries, bookings, customers and collected revenue separately. Missing figures stay unconnected. Keep customer-level analytics and nonpublic relationship information private. Review major relationships weekly and the wider inventory monthly.
